Ananda located in the scenic state of Goa is a senior finance and accounts professional with an experience of over three decades in corporate sector. He has worked with reputed business groups and multinationals like Mahindra & Mahindra, Hindustan Computers, Reckitt Benckiser, Bhutan National Bank, and Thakral Group. His postings in Europe, Middle East, and South Asia have enriched his world view to a great extent. He has also provided offshore accounting and advisory services to US biotech start-ups. He is a methodical thinker and has special expertise in design and implementation of policies, systems, and processes.

Ananda is an Honours Graduate in Commerce and a Chartered Accountant. He is also a Chartered Management Accountant (UK) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Anurag is a financial management professional and has wide experience with global multinational companies. He has previously held senior management positions with the American Express and Colt Telecom in Asia. He has expertise in ERP systems, transaction processing, outsourcing and financial services. He has successfully set up and managed large scale back office operations and is an expert in the area.

A veteran in the field of corporate finance, Ashwini has more than two decades of experience in the corporate sector. His forte is in providing organisations with strategic inputs on enhanced financial discipline, legal and statutory compliance, risk mitigation and financial controls. Ashwini has led finance, accounts, audit and commercial functions in range of companies including Price WaterHouse, Xansa, Venture Infotek and Parsec Technologies.

Atul is a Chartered Accountant with 36 years of Post Qualification Experience. He specializes in outsourcing and Project Management. He has extensive exposure to all areas of Business/Knowledge Process Outsourcing (BPO/KPO) – from mapping of processes to recruitment, training and migration of processes, stabilization and process improvements thereof. In the past, He has also worked in Australia and Abu Dhabi. He worked with Intertek, Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC), Quatrro Global Solutions, Heidrick & Struggles, American Express, Gillette and HCL Hewlett Packard.

Geeta Mathur is an experienced finance professional having worked as a banker both on the asset side and risk side of business and in large corporate treasuries and investor relations. She was with ICICI for over 10 years in the field of project, corporate and structured finance and also represented ICICI on the Board of reputed companies such as Eicher Motors, Siel Limited etc. She has worked in various capacities in large organizations such as IBM and Emaar MGF across areas of Corporate Finance, Treasury, Risk Management and Investor relations. She transitioned to the development sector and worked as CFO of Helpage India.
Geeta currently serves as an independent director in various large organizations across manufacturing and services such as Motherson Sumi Ltd, NIIT Limited, IIFL Holdings Ltd, Tata Communication Transformation Services Ltd .
Geeta is a graduate in Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce ,Delhi University and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Rajneesh Rastogi is an Engineer from IIT-Roorkee with MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, He has an experience of more than 22 years divided equally between “For Profits” and “Not for Profits with extensive exposure across a gamut of areas including Finance & Accounts, Business Planning and Budgeting, Proposal Development, Procurement and HR. He has proven competence in designing & improving policies as well as processes and is adept in driving stakeholders including donors, team members and senior leadership across organizations. Rajneesh is on the board of Srijan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is founder Director of Scry Analytics India Pvt. Ltd.

Vinay is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Bachelor in Science. Vinay has a work experience of over 2 decades with leading corporates like Siemens, IFB, Meta Strips and Recron.
Vinay has worked in project and manufacturing industry in the area of Business development and Management, Project Controlling, Financial Management with stress on Cost control, Cost Reduction, Product pricing, Management Dashboard, Budgetary controls, Asset management, Commercial and Logistics.
